Anchoring Clearance Guidelines

Same Rode Length

Boats on similar rode will swing together. Safe spacing is 2× boat length between anchors.

Different Rode Lengths

Boats on different scopes swing different circles and can collide. Add extra clearance.

Moored/Fixed Boats

Fixed boats don't swing. Keep your entire swing circle clear of them.
